Important Notice About VPS IP Addresses
Dear customers,
We would like to clarify how VPS IP addresses are currently provided on Cuberno.
Germany IP Address
If you purchased a VPS and received a Germany IP address, this is normal.
The Germany IP is our DDoS-protected GRE-routed IP, which is used to provide better protection and more stable routing for your VPS service.
This IP is the default option for most VPS orders.
Residential IP Requests
If you specifically need a Residential IP, please open a support ticket from your billing account.
Residential IPs are not assigned automatically. Before we can provide one, we will ask you to fill out a short request form with the following information:
Why you need a Residential IP
What you will use it for
Which ports you need opened
Confirmation that you agree to our Residential IP usage rules
Port Restrictions
Please note that Residential IPs are shared resources, so we cannot open all ports.
Only approved ports will be enabled based on your request.
The basic/common ports such as:
2280443
are usually not available for Residential IP usage because they may already be used or reserved.
If you need SSH access, we will provide or approve an alternative SSH port instead of port 22.
Important Notes
Residential IP usage must be legal and legitimate. Abuse such as spam, phishing, malware, fraud, port scanning, attacks, botnets, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
If your Residential IP service causes network risk, abuse reports, complaints, DDoS issues, or instability, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the service to protect our network and other customers.

To request a Residential IP, please open a ticket from your billing account and our team will guide you through the process.
